| This is what I use, Optrex Eye Lotion.. It is RM 14-22 depending on the place you get it from/promotions etc..It's available at almost all local pharmacies.. Watsons, Guardians, D'apotic Pharmacy etc..They also have a smaller version of it.it is a glass container not plastic by the way! So be wary of it when you purchase it! I just put the eye lotion in the blue cap until the line where it says to stop and then I gently move my eyes to the left and leftlike giving your eyes a bath *_* |

| Here's a collage of some of my lens pictures! I've been using lenses since I was 15 soo these are definitely not all of the lenses I've tried! Having 20/20 vision I use 0.00 basically no power and I am grateful for that because I know how it feels like to not be blind without glasses/contacts..Anyways, sometimes my eyes gets red and dry so using optrex helps as well when I'm ready to sleep at night :) |
There are so many ways on how you can damage your eyes! I read on this viral shared facebook photo once that a man was barbeque-ing on the grill outside with his lenses on..The lenses melted and he was permanently blind afterwards..Now I'm not sure if it really happened or not but logically it can happen because lenses are made from plastic! and you are not supposed to use it when you are cooking! Any close contact with smoke/heat/steam is dangerous when you're wearing contact lenses. That's why it's a rule to not use lenses when you're working inthe hot kitchen.. At least at chef school it was!
Also not sure if I shared this post or not but damaged/defect lenses can really ruin your eye sight.. temporary or permanently so always throw away lenses if you feel even the slightest discomfort.. Don't sacrifice beauty for comfort& health!
