Hair Inversion Method Challenge

Hi everyone, I recently cut my hair, and I don't like it!  I had super long hair back in July! (see photo below) so now I'm doing the hair inversion method everyday. If you are new to inversion method, it is basically flipping your hair to the front and inverting your head slightly so that the blood flow will be focused on the scalp. You also massage your scalp for 4-5 minutes max while doing it! You can use natural oils such as Olive oil or castor oil (any type of oil) or not use any at all! If you do use the vegetable oil, be sure to wash your hair after 30 minutes or else it will be too heavy for the scalp and your hair might fall out! this is why you don't use conditioner on your roots of your hair or scalp EVER!

Logically, it should take 2 months to grow 8 inches of hair because the rate of growing hair with inversion method is an inch per week! It normally takes a month for my hair to grow 2 inches. So we shall see if it works! I just started 2 days of doing it at night, with olive oil & argan oil! I might do a little bit of using just natural hair oils too so that I don't have to wash it everyday! It is recommended to wash your hair every 3 days! I'm also taking my usual supplements EPO & Vitamin C everyday.

We shall see how long it'll grow! I'm actually not expecting much from it because it doesn't work for everybody! Honestly I'm just at that after-hair-cut-phase and it's the first time I really really REALLY don't like my hair length! I will do my best to take care of my hair from now on to grow it healthier so I don't have to chop off too much dead ends. Have you tried it? Let me know!!!
